Britishcouncil's 0110 Digital Film Festival

Presented by the British Council, the 0110 Digital Film Festival aims to provide a platform for filmmakers and artists who want to experiment with alternative forms of filmmaking. The festival has a competition section for which entries are invited. The deadline for submissions is July 23, 2004. There is no entry fee.
